Everybody loves nice cream!

So I love ice cream, who doesn't? Creamy and sweet, crunchy or rainbow. Ice cream is what clouds and mountains are made out of in heaven, it's the thing millions of people suffer brain freezes devouring each and every year. There's just one catch. To make conventional ice cream you need milk. Milk that has been sucked from the infected and sore utters of cow and contains a myriad of growth hormones, anti-biotics and chemicals. Milk that the mother wants to feed it's child so it can grow up to be healthy and strong, the same way our mother's have been able to do for us.
The life of a dairy cow and the baby calves she gives birth too (which are often killed to produce veal) are not pretty, not nearly as pretty as the ice cream which is produced at the end of the deadly cycle. But fear not, this post isn't about cows milk, in fact it's not even about ice cream. It's about how everybody loves nice cream!! (crowd cheers in the background)
Nice cream is essentially frozen banana blended with any other fruit you desire and it is delicious, simple, healthy and 100% cruelty free. All you have to do is freeze the fruit overnight, chuck it in a blender/food processor and ta da! You've got a creamy bowl of nice cream for brekkie.
The one I had this morning had three bananas, three kiwi fruit and two strawberries but like conventional ice cream the nice cream flavours you can create are endless (just put #nicecream into instagram). So give it a try and give the cows a break.
Happy brain freezes!
